|1.||All Hiring Warranty protection is empowered by OneDegree Limited.|
|2.||“Warrantee” means who have purchased the Hiring Warranty through The company - CPjobs International Limited.|
|3.||Cost of Hiring Warranty shall be calculated based on the sales order value, i.e. 10% of the sales order value.|
|4.||Warranted amount shall be based on the actual hiring spending on cpjobs.com for the exact same job title during the sales order validity period.|
|5.||Protection starts from the first working day after probation for 6 calendar months.|
|6.||“Warrantee” shall submit the employment contract and actual spending amount to The company within the first 10 working days from the employment contract start date.|
|7.||The company shall confirm the candidate name, probation period and job title as well as the warranted amount with “Warrantee” within the first 7 working days after receiving all supporting documents.|
|8.||“Warrantee” shall be refunded the warranted amount for candidate if the candidate resigned within 6 months (after probation period). The warranted amount shall be refunded in CPjobs tokens form and credited to the same CPjobs account within the first 7 working days after receiving the proof of resignation from the “Warrantee”.|
|9.||The refunded CPjobs tokens have 3 months validity from the token assignment date.|
|10.||All refunded CPjobs tokens are not transferable and not refundable into cash.|
