Search Candidates
- 1) Type in the Job Title and Search.
- 2) Click the “+” button to refine your search with selecting your desired candidate’s Skill / Qualifications, or the Company name.
- 3) Further refine your search by selecting your desired candidate’s Work Experience, Job Level, Education, Job Function and Industry.
Auto-Match Candidates
- 1）cpTalent automatically recommends candidates whose profile matches the requirements of your active job ads on cpjobs.
- 2）You can access to the matched candidate list easily on cpTalent’s dashboard. Click on the number badge will direct you to the matched candidate list of the corresponding job.
- 3）2 coloured number badges indicate different match level.
Green colour indicates a full match of candidate profile with your job requirements.
Yellow colour indicates a full match of candidate’s current job title and your advertised job title.
Manage Applications
- 1) You can see the candidate’s Current / Past Job Position and Work Experience on Search Result page.
- 2) Shortlist up to 4 candidates’ profile and compare on one screen. Click Compare Now to Proceed.
- 1) You can have a quick profile comparison on the selected candidates by Work Experience, Education, Job Level and Skills with their Aptitude Chart.
- 2) The higher the Candidate Activeness on cpjobs, the higher is the chance that you will get a quicker reply from the candidate.
- 3) Scroll down to see more for comparison by Professional Qualification, Work History and Language.
Analyse Profile
- 1) You will have limited access to the candidate profile. Click Unlock to view more for the full profile and download their CV. cpjobs Token is required for this Profile Download feature.
- 2) Position Match Score is an accuracy indicator on candidate’s competitiveness towards your job ads on cpjobs. The higher score, the more relevant to your job post.
