Set up Display Names, Logo, Company Description and Additional Info for speedy job posting.
1)Company Logo – Upload your company logo to display it in your job ads. The maximum dimensions are 670 x 150 and the file size no larger than 1 MB.
2)Display Name – Your job ads will be published with Display Name. You can add more than one.
3)Company Description – The company description will be displayed in your job ads. You can create description for each Display Name.
4)Additional Info - Besides contact info and
your company mission statement, you can
also point out some of the key benefits and
company offers that appeal to job seekers
here.
Create Job Ad
Basic Job Info
1)Select Company Name, Logo, Company
Description & Additional Info you created
from the drop-down menu and input Job
details.
2)Click Next to Other Job Info page or Save
as Draft for future edit.
Other Job Info
1) Input other information of your job ad such
as Function / Sub Function, Industry, Job
Level, Location etc.
2)You can upgrade your job ad by adding the
Redirect URL for Applications, redirect
candidates to apply on your dedicated
website.
Publish Schedule
Schedule the publish date of your ad. You can create one or multiple dates to schedule your ad.
Click Proceed, and Confirm.
Manage Applications
You can see all your active jobs and the number of applications received on your Home page of Recruitment Management System.
1) Click View All to show a full list of your job ads.
2) Click on the number next to your job ad under Applications to review the application details.
